Poem, This girl’s life

Who was I

Who was I

a woman or just that piece of flesh for their desires to fill

They left their mark, their scars and sex.

cleansing sweat – baptizing,  musky lust and rage-filled desperation

identity and emotions detached like autumn leaves

let them float and fall

They numbed my pain, erased disgust

Who was I

good girl, bad girl

hot, sticky, messy, empty

They filled my hurt, fed my hunger

bodies slapping, pulsating, writhing

clouds settle

reality awaits

who was I to them?

does it matter?

I felt their pain

kept their secrets

devoured the sweet taste of their guilt

I was pleasure

they release
